Hotel Information
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 2:30pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you please vacate your room by 10:30am on the day of departure. However, if you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, then we will always endeavour to oblige and please mention at the time of booking.
Payment
Although we prefer payment by debit card, cash or cheque, we do accept settlement by major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. If you have reserved three or more rooms, then a seven days cancellation policy applies. Should you need to cancel within this period, a charge equal to your first night’s stay will be made, unless we can re-let your room(s).
Table Bookings
Burford Lodge is a popular dining venue. We would ask you to enquire about a table booking at the time of making your booking to ensure you are able to dine with us. Check our Food and Drink pages for more details.
Special Dietary Requirements
Please advise us of any dietary needs or other special requirements that you have prior to your arrival.
Car Parking
There is ample free parking available within our own grounds.
Children
Children are welcome and under 5’s are accommodated free of charge. Food for the under 5’s is also free. Children over 5 sharing a room with two adults are charged £15.00 per child per night. Cots are available.
Dogs
Dogs are also welcome at the hotel provided they behave themselves and owners do not leave them unattended in the room. A charge of £7.50 per night is made.
Smoking
Please note that Burford Lodge is non-smoking throughout and in consideration of other guests, a cleaning charge of £50.00 will be automatically made if any guest is found to have smoked in their room.
